At Frame Finsbury Park, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your visit or purchase.
1. Dine-In Orders
Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

There is an issue with food quality or incorrect items were served.

You notify our staff immediately at the cafe.
2. Online Orders / Prepaid Bookings
If you made an online payment and need to cancel:

Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking are fully refundable.

Cancellations made after that time may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Gift Cards / Special Events
Gift cards and event bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled depending on availability.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@framefinsbury.co.uk with your order details and reason for refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
